DESIGN & CURATION

The exhibition focused on reclaiming the gaze, centering the lived experiences, artistic expressions, and literary voices telling stories of women on their own terms. Here, the female gaze was not merely an aesthetic choice but an act of resistance, a means of seeing the world through the lens of solidarity, self-definition, and reclamation.

Here, the female gaze was not merely an aesthetic choice but an act of resistance, a means of seeing the world through the lens of solidarity, self-definition, and reclamation.

At its heart, this exhibition was an invitation: to listen, to witness, and to engage with the deeply personal and profoundly political dimensions of women’s stories. Through art and various interactive installations, Through Her Eyes spurred audiences into thinking about the societal norms that silence women and the transformative role played by women in challenging these notions to create a more inclusive society.
