Vivek Sharma is the COO at Cultre, handling operations and financial planning across projects. His job is to turn wild creative ideas into feasible realities - or politely say no when the spreadsheet says otherwise.

Namrata is a designer working across pixels and paper. Known for nudging grids, overthinking layouts, and caring a little too much about alignment, she is deeply interested in art, history, and craft.

Aastha works across partnerships, programs, and outreach. From liaising with clients and driving execution to managing operations, logistics, and the details that keep everything moving. Habitually found asleep in her journeys, yet she yearns to explore the corners of the world.

Jahān handles research, writing, and on-site coordination for all our museums and exhibitions. With a razor gaze on the page, she is often found fine-tuning drafts while juggling fieldwork, as she brings forth all that we imagine, from concept to life.

Preeti is an architect at Cultre, where her work lives as much on site as it does on blueprints. She handles everything under the sun, from on-ground problem solving to keeping projects moving smoothly. Detail-driven, practical and unwavering, she focuses on getting things done, with a tinge of humour.

Monjima is a researcher, approaching history with curiosity, care and a critical eye. She enjoys untangling what we preserve, we inherit and choose to forget, in the subtle ways power shapes everyday life. She looks at the past to confront ourselves, approaching the world with a little bit of more rage and wonder.

Gauri Shilendran is a visual designer working in the art and culture space, specialising in illustration and graphic design. Her practice is built around strong storytelling and an in-depth exploration of styles, textures, and mediums.

Manishha designs apps and websites that make self-improvement feel less like homework and more like a game. Armed with Figma, design theory, and a NIFT degree, she turns complex ideas into clean, engaging experiences. She’s designed everything from digital products to T-shirts (yes, range ✨). When not designing, she mentors designers on ADPList and geeks out over good UX, bad UX, and everything in between.

Mansi Shinde is a multidisciplinary artist and a designer at Cultre, specialising in visual communication, calligraphy, and illustration, often drawn from her surroundings, culture, and heritage. Her practice aims to shape people’s perception. While off the canvas, she plays basketball, practices Odissi, and cooks good food.

Grounded in community and meaningful exchange, Sanchayita sees design as a collective exploration rather than a solo mission. As a Visual Designer at Cultre, she researches, interprets, and translates cultural narratives through a visually fluid approach. Her work blends design, storytelling, and context into visuals that are thoughtful, rooted, and quietly curious.

Sindhuri is an arts professional whose work lives as much in archives as it does in exhibition spaces. She moves between research, storytelling, and project execution with ease. A stamp collector and frequent traveller, she brings rigour, curiosity, and a well-timed film dialogue or song lyric to everything she does.

Deepak is the quiet force that keeps the wheels turning—effortlessly juggling accounts, administration, and human resources with equal flair. Armed with an MA in History and experience at Sahapedia and CMC Ltd (now part of TCS), he brings both depth and discipline to everything he does. When he’s not keeping systems in sync, you’ll find him chasing new destinations, staying on top of his sports game, or losing himself in music.

Mukesh is part of Cultre’s office support team and the reason the office actually functions. A proud cleanliness freak, he keeps the space spotless, Amazon parcels on schedule, and is on a daily mission to perfect the office chai.
