As Chief Operating Officer, Aastha keeps Cultre running: partnerships, programmes, outreach, client liaison, and the operations, logistics and small details that keep everything moving. Habitually found asleep on her journeys, yet forever yearning to explore the corners of the world.

As Chief Design Officer, Namrata works across pixels and paper, shaping how everything we make looks and feels. Known for nudging grids, overthinking layouts, and caring a little too much about alignment, she is deeply interested in art, history, and craft.

As Chief Research Officer, Jahān leads the research, writing, and on-site coordination behind all our museums and exhibitions. With a razor gaze on the page, she is often found fine-tuning drafts while juggling fieldwork, bringing everything we imagine from concept to life.

As a visual designer, Gauri shapes how Cultre's stories look on the page and on the wall, working across illustration and graphic design. Her practice runs on strong storytelling and a habit of wandering through styles, textures, and mediums until the right one clicks.

As our UX/UI designer, Manishha turns complex ideas into clean, engaging digital experiences, from websites to interactive exhibits. Armed with Figma, design theory, and a NIFT degree, she has designed everything from digital products to T-shirts, and will happily dissect good UX, bad UX, and everything in between.

Preeti is an architect at Cultre, where her work lives as much on site as it does on blueprints. From on-ground problem solving to keeping projects moving smoothly, she handles everything under the sun. Detail-driven, practical and unwavering, she gets things done, with a tinge of humour.

Monjima is a researcher who approaches history with curiosity, care, and a critical eye. She enjoys untangling what we preserve, what we inherit, and what we choose to forget, and the subtle ways power shapes everyday life. She looks at the past so we can face ourselves, with equal parts rage and wonder.

Ritika is a writer, researcher, and filmmaker who moves easily between the page and the screen. With a Master's in Arts & Aesthetics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she explores the meeting points of visual studies, art history, and cinema, and is happiest when a story needs all three.

Yusra is a researcher with a Master's in History from the University of Delhi, drawn to cultural histories, memory, folk music, and material culture. She contributes archival research and historical writing to our museum and heritage projects. Also a trained Hindustani classical singer, she hears heritage as much as she reads it.

Pratap is an archaeologist and museologist working across heritage research, museum practice, and interpretation. He documents lesser-known landscapes and historic places, and learns from the communities who call them home. Happiest in the field, he spends his weekends trekking the Sahyadris, birdwatching, and chasing places that never make it into guidebooks.

Shumaila is a researcher who looks at cultural heritage through a natural history lens. With a Master's in Environmental Management from the University of Queensland, she studies how landscapes, ecosystems, and natural resources shape the histories of the places we work with, weaving environmental narratives into everything from site assessments to exhibition content.

Maryam is an architect at Cultre and an Architecture graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, happiest following an idea all the way from first concept in the studio to its execution on site. Curious, collaborative, and quietly exacting, she believes meaningful spaces are shaped by detail and teamwork.

Deepak is the quiet force that keeps the wheels turning, juggling accounts, administration, and human resources with equal flair. Armed with an MA in History and stints at Sahapedia and CMC Ltd (now part of TCS), he brings both depth and discipline to everything he does. Off duty, he is chasing new destinations, keeping up his sports game, or lost in music.

Mukesh is part of Cultre's office support team and the reason the office actually functions. A proud cleanliness freak, he keeps the space spotless, Amazon parcels on schedule, and is on a daily mission to perfect the office chai.
